Tabs Premium Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Tabs Premium (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By installing or using the Tabs Premium extension, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information. Email address, display name, and authentication token when you sign in with Google or email.
• Workspace data. Tab groups, spaces, and related metadata that you sync via Firebase Cloud Firestore.
• Payment details. Subscription status, Stripe customer ID, and related billing metadata stored in Stripe. We never store full payment card numbers.
• Usage diagnostics. Non-identifying logs that help us maintain and improve the Service. You can opt out in the extension settings.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide and synchronize the Tabs Premium experience across devices.
• Authenticate users and secure your data.
• Process subscriptions and deliver premium features.
• Respond to support inquiries and improve product reliability.

4. Data Sharing

We share information only with trusted subprocessors necessary to operate the Service, including Stripe (payments) and Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, database). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or defend our rights.

5. Data Retention

Workspace data is retained while your account remains active. You may delete synced data at any time from the extension. Billing records are retained as required for accounting and regulatory purposes.

6. Your Choices

• Export or delete your workspace data via the extension’s settings.
• Update account details through your Google or email provider.
• Cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal.
• Contact tabs@aimixtapes.com to request changes to diagnostics collection.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards—including HTTPS, Firebase security rules, and Stripe’s PCI-compliant infrastructure. No method of transmission is entirely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continually to protect your data.

8. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our subprocessors operate. By using the Service you consent to these transfers.

9. Children’s Privacy

Tabs Premium is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us to remove it.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the extension or by email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
